Beth teaches expressive arts to public school instructional assistants at the CSEA California Paraeducator Conference each year for self-care and the classroom, as well as at Professional Development conferences in public school districts. She also teaches team building workshops using expressive arts for leaders in business settings. She facilitates ongoing monthly SoulCollage® workshops for women in Menlo Park and offers one-on-one coaching in Inner Child Recovery, SoulCollage®, Intuitive Painting, and Creative Journaling.

In mid-2013, after experiencing chronic fatigue and repeated illnesses for a year, Beth woke up one morning with an inner voice speaking to her, saying, “You must heal yourself.” Thus began a journey of change, the most important being the use of expressive arts, including SoulCollage® and other expressive arts practices, to access her intuition and inner wisdom. She immediately got better and was amazed at the insights and healing that took place! In September 2013, Beth became a trained SoulCollage® facilitator. She is also a Facilitator of Expressive Arts and Intuitive Painting and a Certified Facilitator of Creative Journal Expressive Arts. In early 2014, she formed Chrysalis Creative Arts to offer SoulCollage®, Intuitive Painting, and other Expressive Arts workshops.

Beth works full-time as a Member Benefits Manager for the California School Employees Association in San Jose California, and prior to that she worked for Santa Clara Unified School District in Santa Clara, California. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integral Studies from California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco.
